Mariachi of the Year 2007

 

After 10 years on the entertainment scene, El Mariachi is finally a reality. Today, as we celebrate the first annual International Mariachi Festival in the city of Vancouver , BC , a new chapter has been written.

El Mariachi of the Year

El Mariachi of the Year is an award to be given by the Producers of El Mariachi Festival to the best Mariachi musician of the year. The recipient will be selected from all Mariachi musicians taking part in the INTERNATIONAL MARIACHI FESTIVAL Vancouver and who have shown support and dedication throughout the year. The judges will be looking for musicians who have contributed to the art of Mariachi in the following ways;

Passion, love and respect for Mariachi music, Performance, Loyalty, Hard work

Availability and responsibility, Team work

Support and dedication throughout the year
